Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige confirmed that the MCU will bring Charlie Cox back as Daredevil if the franchises use the superhero in future films.
Cox first donned the mask of Daredevil in the Netflix show of the same name back in 2015. He played the character for three seasons and appeared in a spinoff series called The Defenders. Netflix's Marvel shows never looped into any MCU storylines despite the heavy marketing declaring them as part of the MCU.
And Netflix's Marvel shows were, one by one, canceled. The loss of Daredevil hit fans hard—all three seasons earned stellar reviews and season 3 had set up Bullseye as the main villain for the following season. As it became clear that Daredevil would not be back for season 4, fans petitioned for Cox to join the MCU proper. It wasn't—and isn't—clear if Daredevil will come back, but we do know now that if he ever is, Cox gets the part.
Feige confirmed in an interview with Cinemablend that the MCU would turn to Cox again if Daredevil returned to the franchise.
If you were to see Daredevil in upcoming things, Charlie Cox, yes, would be the actor playing Daredevil. Where we see that, how we see that, when we see that, remains to be seen.

So where could Daredevil slot into the MCU?
It was rumored that he might pop up in Spider-Man: No Way Home as a representation of Peter Parker after Parker's identity was revealed by Mysterio. Or perhaps he could pop in in She-Hulk, which introduces Bruce Banner's cousin Jennifer Walters, a lawyer. OR perhaps, just maybe, he could slot into Hawkeye. The show on Disney+ is rumored to introduce Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin, after all. But Feige's quote doesn't really sound like Cox is currently in any particular project... so maybe not.
D'Onofrio has not been officially added to Hawkeye, but we would expect the actor to reprise his role if the character does show up. Daredevil's fanbase wants to see the show's characters return to the MCU and recasting them would likely cause some serious backlash. And Cox's version of the character is so well-loved.
Thankfully, we can safely say now: there's no recast in sight.
