Ireland Baldwin is unimpressed with Amber Heard, and took to her Instagram Story this week to slam the Aquaman actress, who is currently in court in a trial against her ex-husband Johnny Depp.
Baldwin shared a screenshotted tweet that showed a video of Depp behind the stand while an audio clip of Heard admitting she struck him played in the courtroom. The tweet reads, “Johnny Depp’s reaction to the court finally getting to hear the audio tape in which Amber Heard admits to abusing him .”
Baldwin shared her own thoughts about Heard in the Story post, saying, “The thing is, I know women who are exactly like this. They are manipulative and cold and they use their very womanhood to play victim and turn the world against the man because we live in a society where it’s cool to say men are all the worst and blah blah f–kity blah.”
“Men can experience abuse too and this absolute disaster of a human being Amber Heard is a terrible person and I hope Johnny gets his reputation and his life back. And I hope he’s in like 5 Pirates movies.”
Baldwin also shared a viral TikTok from Milani Cosmetics, reposted from user j4jdeppotato.
The original poster exposed that the All In One Correcting Kit from Milani, which Heard claimed to have used throughout her relationship with Depp to hide signs of alleged abuse, wasn’t released until 2017. The alleged abuse would have occurred from 2013 to 2016, ending one year before the All In One Correcting Kit was released.
Heard’s lawyer Benjamin Rottenborn had claimed in his opening statement that she kept this makeup palette in her purse at all times to hide bruising.
“This was what she used,” Rottenborn said. “She became very adept at it. You're going to hear the testimony from Amber about how she had to mix the different colors for the different days of the bruises as they developed in the different coloring, and how she would use [this] to touch those up to be able to cover those.”
Milani Cosmetic’s post debunks this claim, and added in the caption, “'You asked us… Let the record show that our Correcting Kit launched in 2017! 👀”
The video has been viewed more than 4.7 million times, shared over 76.5k times, and has over 23.6k comments, with many referencing Legally Blonde’s iconic court scene.
Milani added in their comments section, “We are here to provide the facts of the case.”
