Meadow Walker, daughter of the late Paul Walker, recently married Louis Thornton-Allan in a sweet ceremony. She was walked down the aisle by none other than Vin Diesel, who developed a strong friendship with Walker on the sets of The Fast and the Furious film franchise. Diesel is her godfather, and has remained a constant influence in her life since her father’s tragic passing in 2013. Castmate Jordana Brewster also attended the nuptials.
Meadow, who runs the Paul Walker Foundation in honor of her late father, is also a model. And perhaps she’ll be an actress soon, as well? There have been rumors that she may join the Saga. Diesel has teased the idea in interviews, and it doesn’t seem terribly far-fetched as a possibility.
The films and those who create them have actively prioritized honoring Walker’s memory and legacy. Paul’s brother, Cody, recently praised F9 to TMZ, extolling the way the franchise has gone above and beyond to pay tribute to Paul and his character.
For his part, Diesel appears to consider himself a brother of Paul’s, too. He recently told E!, “On a personal level, we started this franchise together. Alongside us starting the franchise, we started a brotherhood. Our brotherhood will outlast the franchise.”
