The newest trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home dropped a couple weeks ago and there is SO much going on in it—Green Goblin, Electro, Doctor Octopus, Lizard—a lot.
But what if it was redone using footage from animated Spider-Man series like Spider-Man: The Animated Series, The Spectacular Spider-Man, and others?
Wonder no more because a fan-made trailer from 100Bombs Studios did it for us!
The cartoon remake includes audio from the released Spider-Man: No Way Home trailers as well as clips from series like Ultimate Spider-Man and The Incredible Hulk the animated series. It's pretty 90's heavy, even though not everything is from the 90s.
100Bombs Studios has done this before. They released an animated version of an earlier No Way Home trailer in August that has millions of views. They've also done animated recreations for trailers of Avengers: Endgame and Zack Snyder's Justice League.
No Way Home's official description is:
"For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero's identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk. When he enlists Doctor Strange's help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who've ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse."
Starring Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei, Jamie Foxx, Alfred Molina, and Willem Dafoe, the film is set to premiere in theaters on December 17th. We've covered the rumors of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, previous iterations of Spider-Man, making appearances — no new news there.
