Imagine trying to buy Twitter, getting roasted all over social media, and then hearing that your ex has said she was "filling space" after a breakup.

Amber Heard's former talent agent testified that she never loved boyfriend Elon Musk during Johnny Depp's defamation case against her.
Heard first made allegations of abuse in 2016 when she filed for divorce and accused Depp of abusing her during the marriage. The pair eventually agreed to an expensive settlement with clauses meant to protect both Heard and Depp after the breakup, Heard continued to speak.
Heard’s 2018 Washington Post op-ed did not call out Depp by name, but Depp is suing Heard for libel over the piece. In the op-ed, Heard alleged that Depp verbally and physically abused her during the relationship. Depp is seeking $50 million in damages.
The couple had their divorce finalized in January of 2017, at which point there were rumors circulating that Heard had taken up with Elon Musk.
Depp and Heard's former talent agent Christian Carino testified in the trial in a recorded deposition. In the video, Carino read a text exchange he had with Heard in August 2017 after her breakup with Musk.
Carino said that Heard "moved on immediately" from Depp to Musk.
When Heard complained about the breakup hitting the newsstands, Carino told her, "You weren't in love with him and you told me a thousand times you were just filling space."
Heard said, "I know, but I wanted time to grieve and recover in my own time."
She continued, "Yet again another man lets me fall on the spikes by myself. They get mad for leaving me and put things like this out there."
"You can avoid this by not dating uber-famous people," Carino logically offered.
It's not entirely clear when Heard and Musk started dating; there are reports as early as July 2016, but Depp's legal team has offered the idea that she cheated on Depp with Musk. Employees of the building where Depp and Heard lived have also said Musk visited Heard.
Musk is listed as a witness but is not currently scheduled to testify.
