The upcoming Resident Evil film Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City finally gave us some photos of the cast as their characters.
The film is set to adapt the video games and will release on November 24th. We'll get to see characters like Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield, Albert Wesker, Jill Valentine, and Chris Redfield "live."
The photos show us Avan Jogia's Leon and Kaya Scodelario's Claire. Leon is in a police uniform and Claire is wearing her iconic red coat.

The pair are heading into Raccoon City at the start of the zombie outbreak.
The second photo from the upcoming film shows us Albert Wesker (Tom Hopper), Brad Vickers (Nathan Dales), Jill Valentine (Hannah John-Kamen), and Chris Redfield (Robbie Amell) as they explore the Spencer Mansion.

They are all armed.
And finally we have Lisa Trevor (Marina Mazepa) as a hideously disfigured woman.

She is the daughter of the Spencer Mansion's architect and was exposed to experiments and viruses at the Arklay Laboratory by the Umbrella Corporation in-world. So creepy!
The movie is based on the first two "Resident Evil" games. It's set in Raccoon City and will not be related to any previous Resident Evil movies; instead, it will pull more heavily from the games and be more of a horror film than sci-fi or action. Roberts said he wants to do more than just translate game to screen and that the film will stand on its own while being faithful to the source.
The film's synopsis reads, "Once the booming home of pharmaceutical giant Umbrella Corporation, Raccoon City is now a dying Midwestern town. The company’s exodus left the city a wasteland…with great evil brewing below the surface. When that evil is unleashed, the townspeople are forever…changed…and a small group of survivors must work together to uncover the truth behind Umbrella and make it through the night."
